Subject: Thank you so much!!
Hi Peter, hope you are doing well. Attached please find a little note expressing how fortunate we feel to have been the first lucky recipients of a CamCart Holdings transaction. Words really can’t express how fortunate we feel to have found you, but here is our attempt. Thanks again.
We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Peter Rosenthal. We are the first lucky recipients to have completed a CamCart Holdings transaction. The ad was no joke, it was very real.
We called CamCart Holdings, LLC on a Thursday and explained our situation to Peter. We remodeled a home and it was on the market. Between mortgage payments on the remodeled home, mortgage payments on our own home, credit cards and other bills, we were maxed out and feeling very squeezed. When no one else would consider giving us a third on our property, Peter came through. We needed a break and Peter came in to our lives as a divine intervention. To our surprise, we had a $50,000.00 check in our hands by the following Tuesday. It was unbelievable. In four business days, Peter managed to make it work. He even sent us the completed contract, for our review, the day before we signed.
At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. We were invited into their offices, and treated as family. The deal was exactly as represented. Truly, it was unbelievable! We could not have made it work without Peter’s assistance.
Thank you so much, Peter, for being so compassionate and giving. Your continued guidance has also been very helpful. We are truly indebted to you.

Subject: Thank you
I have attached a note expressing our gratitude towards CamCart Holdings to show how happy we are with the transaction that took place. I hpe this note finds you well and have to apologize for the length in time it took to send it.
Letter of recommendation for:
CAMCART HOLDINGS LLC
3450 N. VERDUGO ROAD
To whom it may concern:
In October 2009, I was introduced to Mr. Pete Rosenthal through my real estate agent. I was looking to do some improvements on my home that I was getting ready to sell. I asked my real estate agent if she knew of any companies that would assist me. I am lucky enough to own my home and not have out of control debt or bad credit. But I wasn’t lucky enough in getting a loan.
She gave me Mr. Rosenthal’s phone number and told me to give him a call, he would be able to help me. I called on a Thursday to make an appointment and we spoke briefly of my situation. He suggested I call back on Monday to arrange an appointment because on Friday he was taking his office personnel to Santa Anita Racetrack for the day. I knew then that this was the right man for me.
The following week, I went to go see Mr. Rosenthal and what a pleasure he is. I explained to him my situation and my inability to obtain a loan. He wanted to know how much I wanted, I told him and we then scheduled another appointment in a few days to go over the contract. When I walked out of his office, I felt like yelling out “YES!” He had enough trust and faith in me to help me bring my home up to the quality it deserved.
Signing the contract agreement papers was a breeze. He and his office personnel always had an air of comfort and professionalism, besides being decorated in Western Heritage art with an outstanding bronze sculpture by J.D. Challenger, I might add. He made sure that I understood what I was signing and not to be afraid to ask questions. A few days later, they called me to tell me I could pick up the check.
By January, there still was some work to be done and I was going to be running short on funds. I called Mr. Rosenthal to see if I could increase the contract amount and he did it without a problem.
Meeting Mr. Rosenthal was a blessing. Without his help, I would not be able to continue on with achieving my dream. There are not enough thanks or recommendations I could give for him and his staff. Through the years, Mr. Rosenthal has been given numerous awards for outstanding community involvement and citizenship. Once you have met him, you will know why.
Thank you Mr. Rosenthal. Amazing what a couple of bottles of Merlot can get! And you and your wife are always welcome to come visit us in Jamaica.

RE: FAST Transaction
I am still in shock.
Last Wednesday afternoon I contacted you for a short-term funding to cure some repairs at one of our properties. Since this was commercial property and we had both a first and a second deed of trust on the property, I was certain that you would not be able to add another loan. However, once I realized that CAMCART would be able to negotiate a contract with us, I realized this was a feasible method of achieving our objective.
On Thursday, the contracts were prepared and I signed everything.
On Friday, I picked up my check!!!
On Monday, I started the repairs that were needed.
We were never pressured in anay way, the offer was clear and concise from the beginning.
Unbelievable transaction, and very much appreciated.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your immediate and professional response to my financial needs.
Although we have done business before, you amazed me this time. I called you on a Tuesday afternoon (2:30 p.m.); the contract was ready Wednesday morning: we closed on Thursday morning. Your company is fantastic: your advertising is for real.
I sincerely thank you very much for your continued support of my financial needs and I really hope we would continue a mutually beneficial relationship throughout the years to come.
Very Satisfied Customer
Note from CamCart Holdings, LLC:
Though the speed and processing of this contract IS accurate, we had already completed previous financing on the same property and had ALL of the information on file. Our record is one business day, however, most contracts take four to five business days to complete.
